Términos de Scholaro Premium (para instituciones)

Tarifas y pago

As consideration for the services you purchased, you agree to pay Scholaro, Inc. the applicable service(s) fees set forth on our Website at the time of your selection, or, if applicable, upon receipt of your invoice from Scholaro. All fees are due immediately and are non-refundable, except as otherwise expressly noted, or as required by applicable law.

Reembolsos

Suscripción Anual

This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to the My Account area and navigating to the Premium Subscription page.

You agree to not share your Yearly Subscription with other institutions or individuals not affiliated with your institution.

Derecho a Rechazar el Servicio

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our platform, services, or any associated resources, to any individual or entity, for any reason, at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where we determine that use of the service may conflict with our business interests, policies, platform security, or other users' experiences. In the event that access is denied after payment, we may, at our discretion, refund any fees paid for unused services.

If you are affiliated with or employed by a company that directly competes with our services, you are expressly prohibited from using our platform without prior written consent.

Limitación de responsabilidad

IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES Scholaro, INC.'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LISTED FEES OF THE SERVICES OFFERED. Scholaro SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IT OFFERS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT. Scholaro SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT Scholaro HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.

Honorarios legales

Usted acepta que la parte perdedora en cualquier demanda, reclamo, acción o procedimiento entre las partes que surja de o esté relacionado con estos Términos y Condiciones o cualquier disposición de los mismos (una "Demanda"), reembolsará a la parte vencedora los honorarios y gastos razonables de abogados incurridos por la parte vencedora en relación con dicho Litigio.

Ley Vigente

In the event of any disputes with Scholaro, Inc., such disputes shall be governed by Illinois law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Cook County Courts.
