Bulk Document Upload for AI Import

You can now upload multiple transcripts and documents at once directly from the Reports page. AI import will automatically extract all relevant information, select the appropriate grading scale, and calculate GPA for each document. This is ideal for processing large batches without switching to the API, and can also be used to test bulk processing before enabling API integration.

GPA Calculation Now Supports Last X Credits

Institutions can now configure GPA calculations to include only the most recent credits — for example, the last two years or 60 credits of coursework. This is useful for evaluating recent academic performance independently of a student's full transcript history.

Smarter AI Import with Better Accuracy and Language Support

Upgraded AI model for improved transcript extraction accuracy, better handling of complex documents, and broader language support.

Fraud Detection for GPA Reports and Digital Evaluations

Introducing fraud detection for GPA Reports and Digital Evaluations. Each report can now include a Document Integrity Score that automatically identifies signs of transcript or diploma manipulation, giving institutions an additional layer of confidence in submitted documents.

Document Integrity Score is currently available as a preview feature for institutional clients. Contact us to enable it for your account.

New PDF Integration for Slate and TargetX

Webhook events for GPA Reports and Digital Evaluations now support optional PDF export, in addition to existing data payloads.

Degree Reports Are Now Digital Evaluations

Degree Reports have been renamed to Digital Evaluations. The name better reflects that evaluations cover not only degrees, but also secondary diplomas and other international credentials.

AI Import Now Supports Multiple Credentials per Document

When a document contains multiple credentials, AI import now prompts you to select which credential to extract. Previously, only one credential would be processed automatically.
