Worst experience and a waste of money I took courses as a free candidate for a year in BCom Advertising PROS: - Only one Professor (Challita Challita, Photoshop and Illustrator) was good. I enjoyed the course and learned a whole lot. Very organized and informative with student support. CONS: Where do I start? The whole place is a mess. - My sister completed 4 years in physical education and did all of her exams only to be told that she had to pay 4000$ to get her Diploma. She had paid for all of her courses and had no balance left towards the Uni. She never received her Degree. - I never felt welcomed because I did not speak arabic, although the University prides itself of being French and English taught, none of my courses were even taught in french or English. I was always being dumbed down by Professors for this reason and treated like an outsider by classmates because I preferred to speak French and English. - My photograhy Professor was a racist prick who prioritized the pretty girl in class and I never actually learned anything. Very poorly organized course with not much content. He was always late and didn't actually care about teaching. - My storyboard Professor was good at his job but unfortunately was not good at actually teaching and would throw random fits for no reason. - My Marketing Professor was almost never actually there. - There was nothing stimulating or challenging about the modules. - When I went to get the transcripts for the courses and exams I paid for, I ended up being made to feel like shit and humiliated. Ultimately, an extremely racist and money hungry institution with very poor academic structure. I would NOT recommend to a friend. |
