  WORST!!!

  The PIC seems primarily focused on maximizing revenue, with little regard for customer service. Calls and emails often go unanswered, and when you follow up on documents you requested months ago, they tend to adopt a victim mentality. Additionally, there is no student database in place, which means you must repeatedly submit proof of payment for each request. Despite paying an expedited fee (₱1,500 per document for one-day processing, not including the document fee), processing still takes several days. Graduates from two years ago have yet to receive their SO number. They are unresponsive to emails and insist on in-person visits to resolve the issue. It's worth noting that while they actively promote their online classes, enrolling students from across the Philippines and abroad, their overall service is far from satisfactory.

  I would NOT recommend Pacific InterContinental College to a friend.
