  For an institutions to excel you need skilled professional who are talented , knowledgeable and have mastery in their area of specializations . KCA - University has achieved this by hiring lecturers who achieved first class honors in their area of specializations. The Lecturer come to class on time , me personally for the four years I have spent at KCA- University as an Undergraduate I did not experience the issue of Missing marks . one Assignments is group presentation by , the net effect of this is that it develops team work and collaboration which is a transferable skill at work place & also builds confidence on students when it comes to public speaking.
