Transcript delayed.

Applied for transcript and paid for it since June and they asked for degree and birth certificate copies which I submitted and even this day in August no reply and my University here waited patiently and deadlines have passed. Im so disappointed.

I would NOT recommend International University of the Caribbean to a friend.
