Introduction It was 2011 when I become one of the puntland somalia scholarship students learning in DDU and graduated 2014. Really it was unmemorable or unforgettable time for me which I have got a best friends and teachers. Any way I cant conclude few words what I am feeling but I would to hear that DDU become first university in Ethiopia, and unique institution which is marked home of Quality education, country development contribution, and mother of knowledge and intellectuals. Pross: it friendship and home of all the world, there is no discrimination and every one feels sense of belongings, Lecturers who have high quality and persuasive skills courtesy students whom I will never for get Cons: Delay service was the most problem I ever encountered when I was there, for example when you need something for registral office you will get these Amharic words(Boholaa madaa, Tinishqoy, NGee madaa) Pros: well-prepared graduates, competitive, entrepreneurial spirit, famous professors, team-oriented, nationally known Cons: graduates lacking communication skills I would recommend graduates! |

need a big change!!!!! There must be a big change in dire dawa university. All the admin are not doing well, they only construct facility's when there is graduation ceremony or welcoming fresh students. There are unfinished buildings every were, no lounge, no sufficient teachers.... There must be a big change!!!!!! Pros: good academic reputation, knowledgeable faculty, challenging courses, access to cutting-edge technology Cons: limited networking opportunities I would recommend to a friend! |
