The worst university
The stupidest university. The rector of this university is even more stupid. Every day, the rector makes new decisions to the detriment of students. The reason for this is that students can not pass the exams or get poor grades. As a result, students pay large sums of money to the university budget when they fail the exams. Therefore, do not ruin your life by being admitted to this university.. Good Luck
I would NOT recommend Azerbaijan State Oil Academy to a friend.
