Corrupt environment This is a horrible atmosphere. The children are great. Management is uneducated for this environment. Those in management are the only ones who have worked there. No outsiders will work as management. Everything changes from day to day. Inexperienced staff. The Watson Institute receives a substantial amount of money from school districts. Where does it go??? I had to provide the items that I needed to work there. My supervisor really didn’t care about anything. Only eating all day, talking on the phone taking care of personal rental property. I was harassed by my supervisor. She made up so many stories. This was a horrible place. I needed FMLA for my father who was dying from brain cancer. I qualified for FMLA. The HR coordinator refused. ILLEGAL!!!! They made up all of these stories about my work performance because I called the Department of Education. I would not recommend this employer. I would NOT recommend to a friend. |
