Terrible waste of time and money I wish someone warned me about this college. Extremely overpriced for the course content, lecturers and qualifications you receive. my advice is to go through TAFE or University as they provide the same qualifications and fees are far less. Even if the financial component is not an issue, don’t expect to get the quality of a private college. No one wants to help you, and you’ll be on the phone for hours trying to receive assistance with anything! They are only helpful when you are trying to enrol because the receive a commission based on how many people enrol. I studied a Diploma of Social Science back in 2017 and withdrew unfortunate after the census date. This mean that I still had to pay $2500 for the course. I submitted a formal complaint and continue use to follow it up for months. No one would return my calls or emails. At tax time, the fee did not get deducted so I assumed it had been wiped. To my surprise 2 years later my accountant found that my debt was still there and I have until May to pay this. JNI admitted this morning that they failed to communicate that my formal complaint was denied and now I have to go through and appeal. Honestly, this is so unprofessional and unfair for struggling people trying to better themselves and getting ripped off and ignored. GO TO TAFE OR UNIVERSITY. I would NOT recommend to a friend. |
