Investigation I was contacted by a customer to investigate the Dean of this school. I traveled to Haiti to follow up with my job. I met with many students who seemed to like the school, but not enough infrastructures for the school to function as it should be. Students are really devoted to the enrolled programs and the staff is somewhat prepares to deliver since most of them are graduated students from that school. Some of their professors are old and not trained to teach in a modern time. Their skills are outdated, but doing their best. The Dean himself is great academically. I will not disclose the purpose of my investigation here, since is not relevant. This school has lots of potential. I truly believe that school needs help from its partners to assure deliverable. Pros: intellectually stimulating, collaborative atmosphere, friendly colleagues Cons: high stress, office politics, outdated technology, limited upward mobility, high cost of living I would recommend to a friend! |
