Horrible Institution

They teach computer repair and their PCs do not work! There is literally one working computer available for students to use in each class in Port of Spain. The projectors do not work properly and make the lesson impossible to follow. The dusty old components used for hands on training are obsolete. The AC units are loud and ineffective, the class arrangements lead to cramped seating and there is no consideration for ergonomics. The only thing worse than the facility is the customer service. The phones ring forever and the offices close before advertise hours. The worst part is that they will tell you straight that they do not need your patronage if your complaints cannot be sedated by their excuses. Cannot recommend the institution for Business or IT study.

Cons: poor academic reputation, unhelpful advisors, poorly maintained campus, limited networking opportunities, hard to register for classes, outdated technology

I would NOT recommend to a friend.
