"Divisions" grading system to GPA conversion for Pakistani Universities

I would like to know a precise GPA calculation method for DIVISION grading system used in typical Govt. Universities in Pakistan. I have an overall percentage score of 72.72% and it is in First Division, First Class (I got first position in my PharmD & second overall in my batch). Our courses are annual (professional year) based and there are no credit hours or credits also. Each course/subject is for a year term.

There are total of 27 Subjects/papers for 5 years and if total obtained score is 3309/4550, what would be my GPA???

According to grade conversions, this site tells it would be equivalent to US Grade A.

Pakistan

Scale Description U.S. Grade
85 - 100 Distinction A+
70 - 84.99 High Pass A
60 - 69.99 Pass B
50 - 59.99 Marginal Pass C
0 - 49.99 Fail F

I will b very grateful if someone can help me get my exact GPA in GPA/100 format.
